Hydrating Watermelon & Yogurt Pupsicle

This dog friendly recipe is incredibly refreshing, highly hydrating, and a great source of vitamins A, B6, and C.

IngredientAmountNotes
Seedless Watermelon (cubed)2 cupsRemove all seeds and rind; these can cause blockages.
Plain Greek Yogurt1/2 cupMust be plain, unsweetened, and xylitol-free. You can omit if your dog is lactose intolerant.

Instructions:

  1. Blend: Add the cubed watermelon and yogurt to a blender. Blend until you have a smooth, pourable mixture (like a thick smoothie).
  2. Pour: Pour the mixture into ice cube trays, silicone moulds, or small paper cups.
  3. Freeze: Place the trays in the freezer for a minimum of 4 hours, or until completely solid.
  4. Serve: Remove from the mold and serve one or two at a time.Pro Tip: If you use a paper cup, tear the paper away before serving.
